Simply a Barn is a full service boarding barn with 24 hour security cameras and typically always has someone on site. 

- We feed South West Colorado Timothy/Orchard Mix Hay up to 6 flakes a day 

Note: If your horse is a hard keeper and the hay  requirements are more than we provide, the owner will be responsible for any additional hay needed.

- Fresh Water at all times

- Daily manure removal (weather permitting)

- Blanketing & Blanket removal (if needed / you provide blanket)

- Fly mask placement  & removal (you provide mask(s)

- Fly sheet or fly spray application (you provide product(s)

- If you have other dietary needs, we ask for you to provide them and we will be more than happy to follow your regimen.

- Tack room with refrigerator & deadbolt lock (a key will be provided)

- Free horse trailer parking with board.  Accommodating a large trailer will depend on the availability of space. 

- Rotating turn outs (weather permitting)

- The facility is well lit at night.

- Facility backed up to endless BLM - Doney Park Trails 

- Round Pen added August  2025

We take the time to create a trust bond with all of our boarders for safety and emergency situations.

 Pricing :

 $550/mo for a month to month basis

 $500/mo for a 6+ month lease

 Note: If your horse is not socialized, hard to catch, destructive, or unsafe in   any way, we will not be able to provide our services.  We also do not allow stallions on the premises.  We also prefer horses that tolerate other farm animals (chickens, cats, dogs, etc.)

 *** If your horse causes any damage to our facility, the owner will be     responsible for immediate repairs ***
