We offer:

- Premium South West Colorado Timothy/Orchard Mix Hay twice daily (specific requirements considered)

- Fresh Water at all times

- Daily manure removal (heavy snowfall or rain may delay)

- Blanketing & Blanket removal (if needed / you provide blanket)

- Fly mask placement  & removal (you provide mask(s)

- Fly sheet or fly spray application (you provide product(s)

- If you have other dietary needs, we ask for you to provide them and we will be more than happy to follow your regimen.

- Small tack room with refrigerator provided

- Free horse trailer parking with board (will depend on size)

- Daily turn outs (weather permitting)

- Lights inside stalls, barn walkway and lit paddock/turnout

- Facility backed up to endless Doney Park trails 

*** Your horse will be cared for as if it were our own ***

Pricing varies:

$550/mo for a month to month basis

$500/mo for a 6+ month lease

Note: If your horse is not socialized, hard to catch, destructive, or unsafe in any way, we will not be able to provide services.
